1. Nature of Services

  • digital services (kundli reports, astrology analysis, consultation)
  • communication-based services (WhatsApp / call / email delivery)
  • and in some cases, physical products (if listed)

Shipping and delivery timelines depend on the type of service/product ordered.


2. Digital Services Delivery

For digital services such as:

  • kundli reports
  • astrology reports
  • consultation services
  • PDF or digital content

No physical shipping is involved.

Delivery is done through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Phone call / voice message
  • Download link

Delivery Time:

  • Usually within 24 to 72 hours
  • In some cases, it may take longer depending on:
    • incomplete details
    • high demand
    • technical issues

Important:

Once the report/service is sent to your provided contact (WhatsApp/email), it will be considered successfully delivered.


3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If any physical product is listed on the Website, the following shipping policy applies:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 working days
  • Depending on your location and courier service

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders/offers

4. Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, details will be shared via:
    • SMS / WhatsApp / Email
  • Some orders may not have tracking depending on delivery method

5. Delay in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • courier issues
  • natural events (weather, strike, etc.)
  • high order volume
  • incomplete user details

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides:

  • incorrect address
  • incomplete address
  • wrong phone number

and the order is returned (RTO - Return to Origin):

  • No refund will be provided
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges

7. Refused Orders

If a customer refuses to accept the order:

  • the order will be treated as completed
  • no refund or cancellation will be allowed

8. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping.

If available:

  • delivery timelines may vary (7–20 days)
  • customs duties or taxes (if any) will be paid by the customer

9. Delivery Confirmation

For digital services:

  • delivery is considered complete once sent to your contact

For physical products:

  • delivery is considered complete once marked delivered by courier
